All Saints Church Hoole Annual Vestry Meeting & Annual Parochial Church Meeting

When: Wednesday 19th April 2023
Time: 7:30pm
Where: Main Hall,  All Saints Church Centre

You are warmly invited to attend our APCM as we give thanks for God’s faithfulness and share the vision for All Saints in the year to come.

Any other business for the agenda to Craig Gaudion, by Wednesday 12th April please.

We shall elect our two Church Wardens to serve for the next year, four PCC members to serve for three years and four Deanery Synod Representatives to serve for three years (who also serve on the PCC). Nomination forms will be available next Sunday (12th March) and will be on the blue notice board in church.

Please note that anyone standing for election must be over 16 years of age and on the Electoral Roll.

Are you a regular member of All Saints?  Are you on the Church Electoral Roll?
If you are 16, have been baptised and either live in the parish or have worshipped regularly with All Saints for at least six months, you can apply to be on the roll. This allows you to vote for PCC members at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, or even to stand for election yourself!
Forms are available in church, the church office and can also be emailed or posted to you.  Please contact Helen Dymond on 322056/

Once you have completed your form please return it to the church office by Friday 31st March at the very latest.

Thank you!

Safeguarding Training

Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults needs us all to be watchful.

May I encourage you to undertake the excellent safeguarding training, produced by the Church of England. It is easy to access anytime that is convenient, on the website: where you can Login or create a new account if you have not undertaken a previous online course.

The Basic Awareness module is open to all the church family; I would suggest for those over the age of 16.  It is a short, interesting and sensitively written overview of safeguarding in a Christian setting. Leaders and volunteers working with children and young people, vulnerable adults and those with additional special needs can also take the Foundations module.

Once you have completed a module, please send a copy of your certificate to Helen in the church office:

Jeff Turnbull
Parish Safeguarding Officer

Come along and enjoy the afternoon tea and wonderful atmosphere (you don’t have to dance, you can just enjoy watching).

Flowers in the Church

If you would like to contribute to the flowers in Church in memory of a loved one or for a special occasion, please have a chat with Gill or Lis.
